A: Log into your account, select the Account Info. button and click the Enter sample book display information button.

Q: How do I reorder my book after I make some minor text changes to a previous order?
A: You will need to upload a new file with the corrections to your account and place an order for the new upload. You will also need to let us know if you would like us to pick up your previous orders cover.

Q: How do I place an order for a marketing kit after I have received my order?
A: You will need to email us with what you want and we will add the marketing kit to your previous order.

Q: I have made changes to my book and will place a new order do I need a new ISBN?
A: Yes if you make changes to your book you are supposed to get a new ISBN.

Q: How do I place a re-order?
A: Log into your account, go to your library and select the reorder button for the book you would like to re-order.

Q: How long do I have to reorder my book?
A: There is no set time on how long we keep your book so you can place your reorder at any time.

Q: Where can I view the tracking number or order information online?
A: This information can be found by logging into your account and clicking Order Status button.

Q: What should I do if I need to make some corrections after I receive my proof copy?
A: You need to upload the revised document to your library, and then either email or fax us the information of this newly uploaded document, such as uploaded time and document name, etc. Please do not place another order.
